We're a family operated roofing and renovation contractor working out of Gwinnett County. Not a franchise, not a storm-chasing crew that shows up after hail and leaves before the warranty matters.
Local means the warranty is worth something.
After a big hail event, Gwinnett fills with out-of-state crews. Some do fine work. The problem is what happens in year four, when a pipe boot fails and the number on the paperwork rings somewhere in another state.
We live here. Our kids go to school here. A ten-year workmanship warranty only means something if the company offering it is still going to be around and reachable in ten years — and if a bad job would follow us around the same neighborhoods we work in every week.
That's not a sales angle. It's just the structural difference between a local contractor and a traveling one, and it's worth understanding before you sign with anybody.

We inspect free
Drone and hands-on. You keep the dated photo report whether or not you hire us, and whether or not there's a claim.
We tell you no
If the roof doesn't need replacing, or the damage isn't worth a claim, that's what you'll hear. A denied claim still sits in your loss history.
We don't touch deductibles
Absorbing or rebating a deductible on an insurance job is fraud in Georgia, and it exposes the homeowner too. Yours stays yours.
We clean up daily
Magnetic sweep of the driveway and lawn every evening. Nails in tires is the most common complaint in this trade and it's preventable.
We install what your roof needs.
We work with architectural asphalt from the major manufacturers — CertainTeed, GAF, IKO, Owens Corning — plus standing seam metal and composite slate profiles.
